How to Send Us Your Rolls 🎞️
1. Label your rolls
Please label each roll with the process, your name and contact number. If you have any special processing requests, such as push or pull, let us know when placing your order.

2. Pack them safely
Keep your rolls in their original canisters or film packaging. Place them in a small, sturdy box or padded envelope to protect them during transit. Avoid loose packaging that could allow the rolls to move around.

3. Getting your rolls to us
📍 Delhi NCR: In a hurry? Book a same-day pickup through Porter, Uber Package, or Rapido (where available) to get your rolls to us faster. This can help speed up the turnaround time. We have Delhi in our name for a reason.😉
📦 Outside Delhi NCR: Use a reliable courier service with tracking. India Post Registered/Speed Post or established private couriers are good options. Pack your rolls securely and share the tracking details with us.
Shipping tip: Wherever possible, avoid shipping methods that expose film to CT scanners or high-intensity X-ray screening, as these can sometimes damage film. Label the package “PHOTOGRAPHIC FILM INSIDE — DO NOT X-RAY” and request manual inspection where possible. Note that this label cannot guarantee the package will be exempt from X-ray screening.
4. Share your details
Before sending your rolls, get in touch with us to confirm the drop-off address, service requirements, and payment. Once you've booked your shipment, share the tracking ID or delivery details so we know it's on the way.

A quick tip: If you're sending multiple rolls, label each one individually. It helps us keep track of your film and process your order correctly.

Processing
- Film development takes up to 3 days, except in special circumstances.
- Same-day processing is available for rolls dropped off during the first half of the day. This applies to scan delivery only.
- Push/pull processing and other special requests must be communicated in advance. Additional charges and/or processing time may apply.
Scans
- Scans will be delivered through a Google Drive/WeTransfer link.
- Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up their scans. Files will be retained for 7 days after delivery.
Negatives & Shipping
- Negative return timelines depend on the chosen collection or shipping method.
- Shipping charges for negatives and prints are additional and vary by destination.
- Customers opting for in-person collection must collect their negatives within 30 days.
Film & Processing
- Expired, damaged, improperly stored, or incorrectly exposed film may produce unexpected results.
- Please communicate any special processing instructions when submitting your rolls.
- We take care to handle every roll properly, but results can be affected by the condition of the film and factors beyond the lab's control.
Payments & Issues
- Any additional charges will be communicated before the relevant service is carried out.
